A collection of excellent, action-packed and truly interesting stories published over the years in Israeli periodicals. All these works came from the pen of a recognized master, known in Russia primarily in the fantasy genre. Pavel Amnuel has not only several novels and stories (“The Last Day - the First Day”, “People of Code”, etc.), but also about 200 stories, the events in which mainly take place in Israel of the 21st century (sometimes in the “alternative” ). This also includes a large series of stories about the Israeli analogue of Lem's Iyon the Quiet - Ion Sheket ("sheket" from Hebrew - "quiet"), divided into eight cycles. In addition to fiction, Amnuel writes detective stories (several novels, short stories and more than two hundred short stories). For four years, the Vesti-Ierusalem newspaper published a series of detective stories, “Investigations of Boris Berkovich,” the number of which grew to 200.
