The book will introduce young readers to the tales of the Kalmyks, a people living in the very southeast of our country. Through the legends that have come down to us through the centuries, children will be able to learn about the history and nature of Kalmykia, and get acquainted with the traditions of the people living there. The book includes fairy tales: “Brave Mazan”, “The Left Eye of the Khan”, “The Stingy Rich Man and the Foreigner”, “An Unawarded Award” and others.
