Ірландія 1837 року, з її загадковою атмосферою та незвичними персонажами, стала ідеальним фоном для захоплюючої історії про Джонні Гленгалла, який намагається розгадати таємницю вбивці білявих красунь. Автор вміло поєднує елементи трилера, містики та романтики, створюючи напружену атмосферу, яка тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Особливо сподобалася динаміка персонажів - Джонні, незважаючи на всі труднощі, залишається сильним і кмітливим, що робить його надзвичайно привабливим героєм.
