Вражаючий детектив з глибоким змістом
Роман "Смерть пера" став для мене справжнім відкриттям у світі детективної літератури. Яскраво прописані персонажі, захоплюючий сюжет і майстерно створена атмосфера 40-х років роблять цю книгу незабутньою. Найо Марш, яка працює в добровольчій бригаді швидкої допомоги, стає не лише свідком, а й активним учасником розслідування, що додає динаміки та напруги. Хоча роман писався під час війни, це не завадило автору створити якісний та захоплюючий твір, який входить до списку 100 найкращих детективів. Єдиним недоліком є деякі проблеми з перекладом, але це не зменшує загального враження від книги. Я б рекомендував "Смерть пера" всім любителям детективів, адже це не просто розслідування, а й глибоке дослідження людської природи в умовах кризи.
