Complete collection of letters of the outstanding Russian artist, thinker, historian, archaeologist, traveler and public figure Nicholas Roerich (1874–1947) from the manuscript department of the International Center of the Roerichs.N. K. Roerich is also known as the author of the international Treaty for the Protection of Artistic and Scientific Institutions and Historical Monuments (Roerich Pact). The third volume includes letters from 1936, addressed mainly to the employees of the Roerich Museum in New York, as well as to the Chairman of the Latvian Roerich Society R. J. Rudzitis, A. M. Aseev.
