Книга "Привиди" вразила мене своєю глибиною та інтригуючим сюжетом. Автор майстерно поєднує елементи трилера та містики, створюючи атмосферу напруженості, яка тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Персонаж Гарденера, з його внутрішніми демонами та боротьбою з алкоголізмом, стає дуже близьким і зрозумілим, а його кохана Роберта символізує надію та рішучість. Сюжет розвивається динамічно, і читачу стає цікаво, що ж насправді ховається під землею. Однак, варто зазначити, що переклад тексту, хоч і якісний, іноді має незначні недоліки, які можуть відволікати від основної історії.
