The book “Men's Day” by the famous journalist and writer Boris Minaev contains short stories about Lev, the main character of his books (“Leva’s Childhood”, “Judo Genius”, “Psychologist”). Before our eyes, a shy and strange Moscow child turns into a teenager who already anticipates adult life with its anxieties and passions. Previously, the novels in the short stories “Leva’s Childhood” and “The Genius of Judo” were published as separate books and have already earned the love of readers. “Leva’s Childhood” in 2006 became the winner of the first national prize “Treasured Dream” (for the best book for children), “The Genius of Judo” was nominated for the “Big Book” and the Bunin Literary Prize. All stories about Lev (including previously unpublished ones) are published under one cover for the first time.
The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. Чудове продовження історії про Льова!
Книга "Чоловічий день" - це справжнє свято для шанувальників творчості Бориса Мінаєва. У цій збірці новел ми знову зустрічаємося з Льовом, який, з одного боку, залишається знайомим нам персонажем, а з іншого - розвивається та дорослішає на наших очах. Автор майстерно передає всі переживання підлітка, його страхи, мрії та тривоги, що робить читання надзвичайно емоційним і близьким. Кожна новела - це маленька історія, що відкриває нові грані характеру Льова та його оточення. Я вважаю, що ця книга буде цікавою не лише підліткам, а й дорослим, які хочуть згадати про свої власні переживання в юності. Хоча були деякі моменти, де переклад не зовсім вдався, загалом текст читається легко і зрозуміло. Рекомендую всім, хто цінує якісну літературу про дорослішання та пошуки себе!
