“Loneliness among people condemns each individual to strange actions, the meaning of which can be very scary to explain, even to oneself. Hiding from the outside world and, in fact, denying it, the heroes of the story try to find meaning in their lives, roughly destroying themselves from the inside. Each of them comes to a certain conclusion, reaping the harvest of what was sown before. The main question remains open: is it the world that forces us to be cruel towards others and ourselves, or do we ourselves create a world around ourselves in which it is impossible to live?” Design and illustrations by Daria Shnykina.
