"Таємниця Криклі-холу" - це книга, яка захоплює з перших сторінок і не відпускає до самого фіналу. Джеймс Герберт майстерно поєднує елементи трилера, містики та психологічної драми, створюючи напружену атмосферу, в якій кожен звук може стати передвісником чогось жахливого. Сюжет розгортається навколо родини, що намагається втекти від власних демонов, але натомість стикається з таємницями минулого, які не дають спокою. Особняк Криклі-хол, з його привидами та загадками, стає не лише фоном для подій, а й справжнім персонажем, що впливає на долі героїв. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які незначно впливають на сприйняття тексту, книга залишається неймовірно захоплюючою. Рекомендую всім, хто любить містичні історії з глибоким емоційним підтекстом!
