At the present stage of development of medicine, almost all physiological and pathological processes in the human body have been described and means and methods for eliminating them have been identified. However, patients with the acute stage of the disease become chronic patients, chronic diseases tend to further progress, and mortality continues to rise. In this work, using many years of practical experience, the author offers original approaches to solving a number of medical problems, and also reveals some of his own professional secrets. The book is addressed primarily to those who use an integrative approach in their practical medical work: doctors, healers, massage therapists. Written in accessible language, it may be of interest to the average reader. Only tandem: doctor-patient can successfully resist the disease. Therefore, the author, introducing the causes of diseases, methods of their treatment and prevention, hopes for the active participation of the reader in the fight for his own health.

According to the conviction of the founder of the domestic Association of Visceral Chiropractic, A. Ogulov, the time will come when visceral chiropractic techniques will be taught in higher medical institutions, and this will lead to the provision of higher quality medical services. On my own behalf, I would like to add that the principles and techniques of manual therapy should also be taught not only in institutes, but also in schools.

An integrated approach to treatment is always more effective than any mono-impact. An integrated approach involves influencing all links of the resulting pathological chain. I am deeply convinced that this work can and should be done by one doctor. This is convenient for the patient and allows the doctor to constantly observe the dynamics of the treatment process.

The shaking of bone and ligamentous structures led to vibration, expansion of the capillary network, and the release of tension not only local, but also general. The procedures were so easy and comfortable that some patients fell asleep during treatment. Some drivers “complained that the roof of their car was becoming low, so they “grew up with the procedures.”

Often in my practice, I suggested that patients use the stress effect of the cold method at the first symptoms of colds. Salvo release adrenaline enhances the body's response and the disease proceeds without complications and transiently. When using this method of provocation, it is necessary to remember that the procedure of immersion in cold water should be, like stress - in its therapeutic use, not repeated. The medicine for poison differs in dose. Frequent use of this type of influence can lead to negative consequences.

The diaphragm of the body is like a dam. In one case, when the sluices break down, there is no way to discharge the accumulated water, and in the other, the appearance of a gap in the foundation leads to its subsequent destruction. In the diaphragm, excess tissue tension can lead to compression of the internal organs and pinching of the vessels passing through them; weakening can cause the appearance of diaphragmatic hernias.

Performing techniques manual therapy should be carried out in a certain sequence. Local pain in one part of the spine does not give the right to treatment only for that part. As a rule, there are other pathological links in the chain of disease. The doctor's field of view should include muscles, ligaments, joints, and internal organs. Any appointment must be accompanied by preliminary measures. Carrying out manual therapy without prior preparation and on a limited number of segments of the spine leads to the return and chronicity of the pain syndrome...

Manual therapy of internal organs is finding an increasing number of its adherents as an alternative to such types of treatment as surgery and allopathy. The uniqueness of this technique is that the impact on internal organs are carried out almost directly, with the exception of the heart and lungs, covered by the chest. We can give a sufficient number of examples when patients “sentenced to surgery or to long-term use of medications completely recovered after undergoing treatment with visceral manual therapy.

The lymphatic pump method is quite simple, does not require additional conditions and a lot of time and , in my opinion, should be introduced into the arsenal of therapeutic agents to combat any pathology. There is only one condition - the timeliness of seeking help. There is nothing simpler and better than prevention.

In my opinion, when conducting a clinical examination of children and adolescents, it is necessary to pay special attention to cold feet syndrome and implement it treatment. If this can be put into practice, the problem of many pathologies that begin gradually will be solved in the early stages of their development.

If you analyze the condition of patients suffering from vascular pathology, especially with symptoms of insufficiency, you can see that these are detrained people. ny, with the phenomena of physical inactivity. Before recommending that they exercise in the gym, it is necessary to first help their damaged body get out of this situation. If you use medicinal substances for this, then where is the guarantee that they will get into exactly the area of the body whose vessels are damaged, and how to consider the effect of their influence on those vessels whose effects are undesirable. The inconclusiveness of the answers from standard treatment pushed me to search for non-standard solutions.

The proposed material was collected by me from available sources in the medical literature and, in part, on the basis of observations and conclusions from my own medical practice. I propose to use it to draw up “vicious circles of pathology and determine the “nodal points” that unite them. This information is especially interesting for novice medical practitioners, at whose request I included it in this book.

Relaxation techniques have always been considered by me as very subtle, personal and claim to have a particularly trusting relationship between the patient and the doctor. I consider these techniques to be a manifestation of art, the art of healing in its highest sense.

Undoubtedly, high-quality treatment and rehabilitation require a wide range of therapeutic agents. During the procedure, the doctor must use various types influence, and this involuntarily leads it to universalization. In my opinion, the basis of the medical profession should be neurological. Further universalization should concern the development of methods of physiotherapy, reflexology, manual therapy, herbal medicine, and further as desired. This is necessary in order, firstly, not to drive the patient around doctors’ offices, and, secondly, so that the doctor himself can monitor the treatment process from start to finish. The above in no way denies the participation, if absolutely necessary, of other specialists.

It is necessary to treat the cause of the disease, and not its consequence, which manifests itself in the form of pain and other symptoms. Having removed the pain symptom, I will only help the patient for a while, depriving him of the sensory aspect of experiencing the disease, but after some time he will again be forced seek help. My choice is to treat the whole body, and you have to make your choice.

Remember that your health is a treasure, but not limitless. You can’t take and take and take all the time without bringing and replenishing it. In modern language, our body needs investment, investment in its health. Whoever says that money can’t buy health is wrong. The main thing is that your visit to a doctor is timely and that the help is qualified.

Dear reader! I present to you a series of photographs and my comments on them.
