The book examines in detail the place of cinematography in the system of Hitler's propaganda, characterizes the most popular genres, and gives expressive portraits of leading directors and actors. Boguslaw Drewniak is a Polish German historian, professor at the University of Gdansk, author of a number of books on the history of German culture. In the cover design The poster for the film “Operation Michael” was used. The book contains 20 text tables (note by the layout designer).
