In the middle of a dark forest on the bank of a quiet river, a hermit lives in a small hut. He knows many ancient tales and legends. One day, a boy named Zeron will hear from him a legend about the greatest of all dragons, who rebelled against the Creator of the World. And there was a great battle. The Creator fatally strikes the dragon in battle, but he himself receives a wound from which he cannot recover. The dragon falls to Earth. Drops of his blood harden into ruby stones, and he himself turns into rock. A person's touch to it can revive a dragon, and that person will become the ruler of the upper world. But no one knows where that rock is. So says the hermit. Zeron passionately desires to bring the great dragon back to life, and in front of his peers he vows to find the secret rock. Any word resonates in eternity. An appeal to higher powers, sealed with an oath, generates an avalanche of deeds where the most incredible desires can come true. But at what cost?
