Chronicles of a gas station
after payment (24/7)
(for all gadgets)
(including for Apple and Android)
Beauvoir works at a gas station in the suburbs of Paris. Beauvoir believes that lead-free gasoline is like sex with a condom, fructose instead of sugar: a half measure, a symbol of modern castrated societies, a sterile future. Beauvoir watches old movies at night, trying to squeeze out the essence and metaphysical and religious implications of the 1979 Mad Max. Beauvoir dreams of transferring to a gas station in Texas, because he has always dreamed of endless open spaces. Every Tuesday at six o'clock in the evening a girl comes to his gas station, buys chips with onions and silently leaves on her bicycle. Every Tuesday at six o'clock in the evening Beauvoir wants to talk to her.
