All these artistic images were completed by my wild imagination, even if the characters were not without their charm. Some of the plots were not so dashing, but not without their dramas and passions. Believe it, but only partially. This is a prose about love written by a poetess. There may be no fiction in the poems, but the whole truth is hidden under a certain veil. There is only feeling and impulse. But prose is different. Prose is painstaking work. Here you can invent anything, sharpen it, give it a completely different cut. If it seems that I have had too many lovers, it will only seem so. If you get the impression that I must be a mature woman with a lot of experience, that is just an impression.
