Reflection is a rare genetic mutation of the mirror-molecular bonds of a living organism, as a result of which people feel like strangers among other people, but pretend to be ordinary. Hiding their difference from everyone, they abandon what they are passionate about in order to satisfy the demands of society. The main character does not suspect that he has a mutation and believes that he is simply unlucky. Another reflected person accidentally notices him and, with the help of the same people, tries to help him realize his uniqueness. By baring their hearts, these people show that the events of their childhood still have great meaning for them. Their frankness brings to the surface of his soul what he had forgotten. And having experienced these feelings again, he realizes that he has long lost himself. These people come up with a plan to wake up others who are hiding in order to save their lives and send a message to their descendants about ideas that are ahead of their time.
