The Long Sun stretches along the axis of a giant cylinder - a stellar ark, which more than a thousand years ago launched into deep space Typhon, the last interstellar monarch to rule on Urthus. And finally the ship reached its destination - a distant star, around which two habitable planets, Blue and Green, revolve. Patera Silk, a righteous priest of an unrighteous religion (after all, the gods of the Long Sun are computer matrices taken from Typhon himself and his relatives), must lead the exodus to the new world. The true God, who is outside, speaks to him, as to Moses; he, like Moses, is not destined to see the Promised Land. But who knows, maybe it’s destined...
