Before you are the notes of a man who, since Soviet times, was simply called “warrior-internationalist.” Being an officer of the Soviet armed forces, a military translator by training, he worked for a long time in Angola, then continued to serve in the central apparatus of the USSR Ministry of Defense, as an employee of the Special Directorate (directorate of psychological operations) of the Main Political Directorate of the SA and the Navy. In addition to Angola, he visited Mozambique, Syria, and Guinea. Met with the leaders of the national armies of many African countries. Published in magazines and newspapers of the Ministry of Defense, in the magazine “Soldier of Fortune”. Currently works in one of the publications of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
