He was used to living with them, along with severe PTSD received while serving in the navy. And he liked to live that way: in solitude and silence. The only thing Freya wanted was to fix the car and get away from Little Hope, where she was stuck thanks to a punctured tire and the “helpful” locals. Unfortunately, these friendly town residents and fate had other plans for her: they liked to poke their noses where the sun didn't shine. As a result, Freya gets to know (too intimately) Alex, who is rude, spoiled and hot as hell, with his huge, damaged body and eyes hidden under his perpetually pulled cap. In just a few days, this quaint town in Maine began to feel like home to her, and Alex - a man, not the big bear she was constantly warned about. But wherever she goes, her troubled past follows her. Will she stay in Little Hope, where bears seem to be everywhere? No pun intended for Alex... I guess. They say all roads lead to Maine. But do they end there?
