The topic of the Great Patriotic War is one of the most mysterious to this day. We have to admit that to this day, both in domestic and foreign historiography, there are numerous “blank spots” - topics that, for various reasons, have not yet been sufficiently studied. One of these problems is the activities of German reconnaissance and sabotage schools and courses in the occupied territory of Belarus in 1941 - 1944. During the Soviet period, this topic was “closed” to ordinary researchers. Its study took place in departmental training centers of state security agencies, and the results of the research were (and still are) restrictive. The proposed book, based on previously unknown documents, examines issues related to the creation and activities of German reconnaissance and sabotage schools and courses on the occupied territory of Belarus. Particular attention is paid to the issues of recruitment, training and education of various categories of the population (prisoners of war, women, children), as well as the confrontation between German agents and counterintelligence structures and organs of the partisans of Belarus.
