This novel, entitled “The Bronze Dog,” was published in the Ural magazine in 1982. It took eight years from the magazine publication to the book. But time has not diminished either the social urgency or the literary qualities of the novel. Through the characters, their clashes and struggles, the novel shows the pain points of our society, which to this day are the main obstacle to its restructuring.
