Mysterious mutations have turned part of the Earth's population into higher beings, capable of calculating the most complex mathematical problems in their minds and killing at a distance with an effort of will. Others view the rest of humanity as slaves, unnecessary genetic trash and species competitors. It is almost impossible to resist the establishment of a strict hierarchical dictatorship of telepaths on the planet, but even in this hopeless situation there are people who are ready to resist the new order. One of these people is rock musician Konstantin Poplavsky, who is trying to restore human dignity to slaves.
