Книга "Дванадцять" від Джастіна Кроніна вражає своєю глибиною та напруженим сюжетом, який тримає в напрузі від початку до кінця. Автор майстерно розвиває світ, в якому люди змушені жити на межі виживання, постійно борючись з моторошними істотами, що загрожують їхньому існуванню. Протистояння між людьми та тваринами стає ще більш напруженим, а нові персонажі додають свіжості та динаміки до історії. Кронін вміло досліджує теми зради, надії та боротьби за виживання, змушуючи читача задуматися над моральними аспектами людських вчинків у критичних ситуаціях. Книга наповнена емоціями, які змушують співпереживати героям, а також інтригуючими поворотами сюжету, які не дають відволіктися. Я б рекомендував "Дванадцять" усім шанувальникам фантастики та тих, хто любить захоплюючі історії про виживання в умовах апокаліпсису.
