In his new book, the author fascinatingly talks about the healing properties of well-known and little-known food plants, about their more or less ancient history, citing interesting facts, figures, even recipes for cooking dishes and healing potions. The book will be useful to most readers of a wide age range, including young people - students of biological, medical specialties and history students; can serve as additional literature for students of these and other specialties. The book was published in Ukrainian (2007) under a different title (and in an abbreviated form) - “Your own herbalist, or Healing food plants.”
