The book contains a brief commentary on the novelties of labor legislation. In it, the author examines the changes made to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation by Federal Law No. 90-FZ of June 30, 2006 and other, later federal laws designed to improve the legal framework in matters of regulation of social and labor relations, including social partnership. A distinctive feature of these changes is is the further development of contractual principles in regulating the characteristics of labor in the industry, in the organization, as well as between the employee and the employer. Special attention is paid to these issues: new types of employment contracts, the conditions for their conclusion and termination, and features of labor regulation are considered. The appendix to the commentary contains legislative and by-laws relating to the issues under consideration, as well as samples of procedural and procedural documents.
