For a long time I wrote a parable novel, “The Mirror of Time,” a prose work in three parts, covering days of peace and war, a unique version of famous events in various parts of the world over a wide historical range. The novel provided a rare opportunity in our time for educated characters from different cultures and peoples to express their worldview, attitudes and interests, striving for their characters and ideas to be believed and reacted emotionally. We happen to live in a difficult time of changing world eras. Knowledge that was deep just yesterday and undoubtedly, they are becoming less and less able to help people cope with the increasingly severe problems of modern civilization. However, the new knowledge being discovered by humanity is such that it is shaking the very foundations of the universe that everyone is familiar with. There are many teachings, such as how to quickly get rich. After all, it is rare among us who do not necessarily plan to live better tomorrow than today, and, of course, figure out what else needs to be done for this. But when circumstances suddenly come together to oppose our aspirations, we are least likely to discover the cause of the unexpected obstacles in us themselves. We seem to lose track of what we're running from and don't quite understand what we're striving for. Maybe we just haven't learned the most important things. And that is why we do not know how to peer into our own soul, which, like a magic mirror, reflects ourselves and our time... The heroes of the novel “Mirror of Time,” passing through a string of days full of dramatic events and reflections, manage to take the path of acquiring new abilities and a new consciousness. They have to act in days of peace and war in different parts of the world, making sure, time after time, that not everything created by our ancestors according to their own understanding turns out to be perfect and acceptable to us.
