In the modern world, in order to possess strategic knowledge, you need to know and understand many other things, so we decided that the book would be not only and not so much about military strategy. This book is about strategy as a way of thinking. It is also about where and how strategic knowledge is developing, what challenges strategy faces in the modern world, and what strategy will consist of in the post-modern world. We expect that the book “Strategic Knowledge” will be useful and interesting to all readers. For some, it will become a textbook or help in their work (it contains notes and diagrams). For some, it’s simply an interesting read on a favorite topic (the book contains many historical and topical examples of successes and failures, strategies and “strategies”). And for some, we hope, it will be material for reflection and debate with the authors (because it will contain many posed and unresolved questions).
