Sergei Pavlovich Invincible (1921–2014) is one of a galaxy of legendary Soviet designers who, under conditions of strict secrecy, forged the defense shield of our country for decades. Having worked his way up from an engineer to a general designer at the Kolomenskoye KBM, he led the creation of many types of rocketry that are still in service with the Russian Army.
