This publication is a brief scientific and practical commentary on the current Russian labor legislation regulating issues of collective labor disputes, and regulations for the actions of parties to collective labor disputes to regulate them. The author proposes an algorithm for these actions at each of the possible stages of this category of disputes, including a “step-by-step” description of these actions at all stages of collective labor disputes, as well as samples of documents drawn up during the consideration and resolution of such disputes. The work provides a list of the most important regulations on issues related to the legal regulation of collective labor disputes, and provides extracts from these acts, a list of recommended literature is provided. The book is addressed to parties to labor relations and their representatives - employers, trade unionists, lawyers, and personnel management specialists.
