The book offered to the reader contains an article-by-article commentary on the Federal Law “On Land Management”. Interest in issues related to land management has increased many times recently due to the activation of the land market in Russia. The Law under comment, along with the Land Code of the Russian Federation, is one of the most important sources of Russian land law. When preparing the new edition of the commentary, the most important changes in the current Russian legislation were taken into account, numerous by-laws adopted in development of the Federal Law “On Land Management” were systematized and analyzed. The publication has been prepared taking into account the administrative and municipal reforms being carried out in Russia.
