The monograph is devoted to the problems of structuring and systematics in law. It examines questions about the structural structure of legal norms, their level-legal system and formative gradation; hypotheses are put forward about various sections of the structural structure of law, the meaning and combination of private and public, substantive and procedural law; the relationship between data on the structure of law and various indicators of the systematics of positive legal material is considered; new approaches to the grouping of normative legal fabric and classification of legal acts are proposed.
