“Maya: the secrets of ancient writing” is a new publication by Doctor of Historical Sciences, director of the Mesoamerican Center. Yu.V. Knorozov of the Russian State University for the Humanities and an employee of the Institute of Archeology of the Russian Academy of Sciences Galina Ershova, the author of books on the history of ancient American civilizations. This book is dedicated to the ancient hieroglyphics of the Mayan Indians and is a kind of teaching aid with the help of which even an unprepared reader can master the basics of this amazing art - reading the texts of the ancient Indians.
