ABSTRACT: For the first time, it was discovered that the temporal structure of historical events (the global cycle of historical events of the Noosphere, time trends in the history of Russia, historical cycles of development of statehood of various ethnic groups within the boundaries of the general period of the Noosphere) is an analytical function of numerical sequences of Lucas, Fibonacci with model correlation coefficients above 70%. It has been established that the “fractal dimension D” is the ratio (of the subsequent to the previous) of the Lucas and Fibonacci numbers, i.e. "golden ratio". Thus, the nature of historical cycles of events is the “paradigm of the golden section of the Noosphere,” as cognition in the invariant World of Events.
