More than two hundred years have passed since the start of global cooling. It's the twenty-fifth century on earth, the planet's population has taken refuge either in underground bunkers or under solar domes - cities on the surface, heated by the ancient technologies of their ancestors. People no longer know what the Earth looked like before the glaciation began, and this is not so important when the new world is fraught with many dangers. This story was written by one of the hunters. People who are not afraid to leave the city walls and periodically go out into the fields in search of game. And everything would have continued in the same spirit if Sam, a hunter who had recently left the academy, had not met a survivor from the bunker.
