Tale Art. Zolotsev’s “The Reed Cat Ivan Ivanovich,” which tells about life in the rural outback of the 90s of the last century, is one of those works of literature that, along with aesthetic pleasure, give rise to bright, noble feelings in the souls of readers. An original tale about the humanized cat is written in simple and strong, truly Dalevian literary language. It is essentially very optimistic and fits well with the very atmosphere, the spirit of our days. The story, supplemented by artistic illustrations, as well as the artistic memoir included in the book “The Tabletop of the Century”, are designed for a wide audience.
