Dmitry Krymov's new book is a recording of classes with GITIS students, future theater artists. In these conversations, sometimes fragmentary and fragmentary, and in form far from what is usually called a “course of lectures,” there is the main thing - a way to understand your own thoughts and your own artistic palette, a way to understand what you want to convey to the viewer and how make your plans come true. Reflecting on literature and art, exploring examples of world theatrical and artistic experience and moving away from the usual interpretations of familiar images, Krymov explains to his interlocutors the inexplicable - how to “understand yourself, find yourself and not be ashamed of it.”
