A group of strangers are pitted against each other in this extreme story by Matt Shaw. The game is very simple. Each participant is asked a question: how much does it cost to complete a certain task? They then have two minutes to name the price, but if the price is too high and their fellow competitors are cheaper, they simply lose. The trick is to get "high" enough to collect a good amount of money, but be "low" enough to be guaranteed to win. By the end of the “bidding war,” the person who is the “cheapest” participant in total must go through the tasks, one after another, completing each of them. Now there is no retreat... But who controls this game? And moreover - why?!!
