In the not too distant future, a revolutionary invention called the supercomputer raised human progress to a whole new level. And now decades have passed. High technologies surround every person, scientists are busy settling deserts and exploring the depths of the ocean, and continue to improve the world. One summer day, Stas, a high school student, and his class go on an excursion to the Zaslon company, the cradle of current progress. And this turns his life upside down. Stas will have to show his extraordinary talent as an inventor, learn the secrets and fates of the people who had a hand in creating a supercomputer, and even take part in a new leap in the development of technology. But it all started with an old professor’s bad joke.
