There are a lot of books about dogs and cats being published, and we decided to publish another one only because it was written about something that is not very common to write about: homeless animals. People understand that it is impossible to help everyone, and the endless requests for help that appear every now and then on social networks periodically begin to cause pangs of conscience in us, and then inevitable irritation. And here it is very helpful to realize that the appearance of a dog in the house is not a story about heroism and great sacrifices, but, above all, about joy, friendship, and a deeper acquaintance with oneself, finally. The book by Ksenia Kolosova contains stories of dogs who she, sometimes by accident or by the will of fate, saved lives. But these are also stories of people, their lives - not always simple and not always what they expected to get when they took a dog into their home. In many ways, this book is a psychological portrait of both in different life situations. Practical advice and recommendations from a zoopsychologist; unforeseen and sometimes insoluble problems - what to do with them, whether they can be solved, and if it doesn’t work out, who to contact and how to behave - you will find all this in this book.
