The manual, based on an analysis of criminal legislation, decisions of the Plenums of the Supreme Court of the USSR, the RSFSR, the Russian Federation, judicial practice, special literature on criminal law devoted to the problems of classification of crimes, rules for the qualification of crimes are formulated in an easy-to-read form.
