The textbook “Environmental Law” was developed in accordance with the State educational standard for higher professional education in the specialty “Jurisprudence”. The main institutions of environmental law are examined in detail, taking into account the latest changes in environmental legislation, prospects for its development and the practice of applying environmental standards. The textbook additionally includes separate topics devoted to the legal regime for the use and protection of individual natural objects and resources (subsoil, forests, waters, wildlife and etc.); Some regional features of the legal regulation of environmental relations are also taken into account.
