Nine years have passed since John, Jack and Charles experienced amazing adventures in the Archipelago of Dreams and became Guardians of the Imaginary Geography. Fate brings them together again to uncover a mystery: someone is kidnapping children from the Archipelago. The only clue is a mysterious message brought by a strange girl with false wings on her back: “The Crusade has begun.” The matter is complicated by the fact that all the legendary dragon ships are disappearing. The only chance to save the world from an insidious centuries-old conspiracy is to find the last ship - the Red Dragon - by making an exciting journey straight from the Kensington Gardens of Sir James Barry to the underworld of the Titans from ancient Greek myths. With new and old friends, John, Jack and Charles will go to where history, myth and fairy tale are intertwined into the legend of deep antiquity. On their way, the Guardians of Geography learn that deeds alone do not make heroes out of people, and that although growing up may be inevitable... growing old is not at all necessary.
