Six women from the small Faroese town of Norvuik, who have known each other since school, meet periodically to spend time knitting and discussing news. One day they receive terrible news: the body of a 42-year-old man they know well was found in an old house on the outskirts of the city. The town's residents are frightened and the police immediately begin searching for the killer. Steinthor Rasmussen (b. 1960) is a renowned Faroese musician, songwriter, poet and writer. He received recognition as the author of collections of stories, poems and books for children.
