This book is one of the releases of the next volumes of the world-famous work The Art of Programming, which needs neither introduction nor advertising. This issue includes sections of the fourth volume devoted to the generation of all trees, as well as an overview of the history of the generation of various combinatorial objects. Materials from this issue will in the future be included in the fourth volume of the series, dedicated to combinatorial algorithms, possibly with certain additions and corrections based on feedback from readers of this issue.
