The book takes place during a global apocalypse. The intrigue of the impending unknown and fear of the future is intensified by the lack of knowledge about the side that started the war. The resistance forces live in bunkers, trying more to survive than to live, they can barely find the strength not to give up. Some heroes, such as Gavriil Nelevsky and Mikhail Soborov, are fighting an unequal battle with the prevailing enemy forces, one of them on the battlefield, the other deep behind enemy lines. Colorful battles and spy passions promise the reader a sea of impressions. Many storylines, their combination and the intersection of many characters create an endlessly changing and dynamic plot.

Main characters:

Mikhail Soborov is a scout sent behind enemy lines for sabotage activities. Having fallen behind enemy lines, he tries to reach the pinnacle of power in order to inflict great destruction on the enemy.

Gabriel Nelevsky is a warrior who fights valiantly on the battlefield, he almost always turns out to be an invincible weapon in the hands of the resistance. Descriptions of his battles form the combat part of the work.

The book consists of three parts, each with seven chapters. Written on 479 pages of an endless struggle for the survival of a small resistance on the one hand and a stronghold of insidious plans fueled by the mercantile interests of the leaders of the aggressor city of Frigidmoor on the other.

The presence of diverse, completely different storylines, such as the story of a fighter Ukrainian special forces fighting on the front line, the story of a spy and secret agent serving deep behind enemy lines, or the life of the commander-in-chief and his loyal friends in the more morally difficult conditions of a siege make it possible for every reader to find his favorite hero, which means interest in the book.

The book is riddled with various events described due to the author’s talent, but it definitely promises to be interesting to a large circle of readers, especially high school students and above.
