The collection includes the story “Walking on the Milky Way” and stories from the “People” series. They contain women's destinies, the stories of our contemporaries - neighbors, colleagues, girlfriends, sisters. A woman is at a crossroads, on the edge of an abyss, on the threshold of change. A woman who has lost and found, unhappy and happy, inspired, regained her sight, vulnerable, wise, daring - different. The plots are not tied to geographical coordinates: the action takes place on Spanish roads and in the Russian hinterland, in cities and villages, on passes and in monasteries, hospitals and luxurious mansions. The reader sees the world through the eyes of the heroines, and, depending on the angle of view, this world seems either gloomy gray, rainy and hopeless, or brightly rainbow-colored, filled with light and hope.
