Dominion (or in the official language: Dominium) is an Earth-type planet. The distance to Earth is 24.7 light years. It was populated by the first wave of expansion and was the very first of the colonized planets. Quite quickly the settlers got used to it. The rapid development of industry began, and it was characterized by a disproportionately large share of manual labor. Then followed a series of man-made disasters. People moved into hermetically sealed clusters with minimal life support and amenities, leaving factories to robots and a small number of technological personnel who did not take off their protective suits. Meanwhile, the greenhouse effect began on the planet. The situation was aggravated by the degeneration of the population due to the increase in mutations. The average IQ of citizens fell rapidly. As a result, the planet's Administratorum was forced to begin accepting migrants from other planets in order to have at least some reserve of specialists. This is where the adventures of an ordinary migrant Vasya Ivanov from a planet called Novaya began.
