Vitka, Irka and Vladik didn’t think or guess that on a scientific expedition on the shore of Lake Baikal they would have to solve puzzles. How else can you say it when, for no apparent reason, all sorts of things disappear without a trace and mysteriously appear out of nowhere, big and small, necessary and not so necessary.
