The shadow of Napoleon Bonaparte hung over Europe for many years and, thanks to a whim of fate, touched with its wing the Scottish guy Jock Calder, a participant in the Battle of Waterloo (“The Shadow of a Great Man”). “The Mystery of Stark Munro” is the story of the formation of a young man, an aspiring doctor, set out in his letters to a friend. The young man had to overcome difficulties, adversity, betrayal on the thorny path to success and personal happiness, on a path that ended so early and tragically.
