For her, this “Case” is still not closed. At the time of their arrest, they—members of the “Union of Struggle for the Cause of Revolution”—were between 16 and 21. Three of them—Evgeny Gurevich, Vladlen Furman and Boris Slutsky—were shot, the rest received 25 or 10 years in the camps. Maya Ulanovskaya began writing her memoirs in the early 70s, in 1973 they were published anonymously in the “Bulletin of the RSHD” (Russian Student Christian Movement). And in 1982, the book “The Story of a Family” was published in New York.
