I've made mistakes. Some of them destroyed lives, including my own. That's why I wanted to keep my past a secret, and when I met a woman who also wanted to leave the past behind, it seemed to me that the Universe itself had brought us together. As it turned out, the Universe meant it has no relation. If a person does not know his past, it is difficult for him to find his way in the present. I had to go through a lot when I found out that my wife is not at all the person I took her for... That she is a person with a past that I should have known about. She is literally destroying herself, and watching this, I realize that she clearly has a plan - and I am not part of it. I try to save her, but she only complicates everything. And now our past comes into focus - and with dizzying speed our present is shattered into pieces. I realized the obvious: our past is a part of ourselves, which, undoubtedly, is the basis for the present and the future. And now I ask myself: can we go all the way to realizing our mistakes, remaining safe and sound?
